  So I went to Friedman's today to pick up a few light bulbs and I did find the right section and ask for some help from an employee and he did help me while he continued a private conversation with his coworker along the way. There are quite a few employees at Friedman's but I found it difficult to check out first I went in the wrong line then I went outside and the person was talking on the phone helping a customer with a long conversation then I entered another line and finally another line finally opened up so it was a bit frustrating to check out at Friedman's. Then I saw they had a snack shop outside and I stopped to order a snack and a small latte. To my shock and surprise the person took my order took my money and then a young man walked up she took his money and prepared his drink and his food while I stood there for about 15 minutes and finally after he had been served after me while I was waiting in the freezing cold got my food so the service there was extremely poor I would avoid the snack shop especially if you are a female even though there was a female employee working there so I think Friedman's can really tighten up and do a better job then ask for the snack shop they need more help or to fire somebody and get a more fair counter person to work there. Otherwise it's a great store haven't covered all the ins and outs but they can do with better management and definitely a better outside snack shop and better help in the plant department for sure.

  Great personal service. When I bought the wrong adapters for our R.V's, KEN, from electrical dept, was more than helpful when he came outside, in the rain to grab what I had purchased. Then went back in & picked out the correct adapter, handled the exchange, the brought it back outside to the rain soaked parking lot.
  All so I didn't have to mess with getting the wheelchair in & out of the car.
