  I have purchased and chain saw and a generator at Action Sport and Power, also gloves, saws and clippers. All items are the best quality, and parts are available when needed. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

  Experience at this store was surprisingly bad. I purchased a new Honda mower from this store a few years ago. The purchase experience was good as expected from a Honda dealer.
  
  Recently the belt came off the transmission drive unit and it is hard to get to so I brought the mower to this store for this issue and to have a maintenance service performed. When I arrived they were not open yet. Once he opened I waited for him to get organized then he asked me "If I was picking up or dropping off". I answered "dropping off" at which point he turned angry and said "I'm not taking any new work, come back in 6 weeks!". He turned his back on me and went about his business.
  
  I was stunned at his reaction to my answer like I did something wrong. He didn't bother to ask what the equipment was or why I brought it. At this point I had to leave and find an alternative.
  
  He was more than available when I made the purchase but his behavior toward a returning customer for service help is unacceptable.
  
  I will not return to his store for anything and will share my experience with everyone I know who has Honda equipment in our area.
  
  I understand he has the right to operate his business any way he wants so congratulations to this store that they have so much business they have to show the door to returning customers.
  
  I would offer a zero star but the review system requires at least one be selected.

  I needed a generator and a few other power toys. These guys are really knowledgeable, gave me some great advice -- and eventually got me to the right toys to finish off my project. Thanks people of Action Sport & Power Equipment!
