  This clinic is not toddler friendly like they say. Their technicians have no idea how to work with little ones. We ended up going to the Stanford clinic and SF and repeating the test with much clearer results. I'm sure they are fine with grown ups, but for us it was a frustrating, costly experience.

  My son's hearing aid tube needed repair so I thought I would call to see if they had an opening to fix it. They got me in the next day, were extremely friendly and helpful. Great overall experience.
