  JC Penney Optical came to my help when my glasses broke and I needed an eye exam and glasses pronto. With their expansive hours, I was able to get the appointment quickly. The eye exam was thorough and professional.
  I was pleasantly surprised to find the kind of eye frames I had been looking for, which cannot be found at Costco: the most minimalistic titanium frames. And not only at a much better price than the overly delicate brand of frames that are handmade in Austria, but also sturdier yet very appealing. With the new High Definition lenses, which are fabulous!
  Their employee Bob went out of his way to quickly ship my new glasses to me, as I live almost 3 hours away. They felt fabulous right out of the box, and I love the looks of them.
