  I'd say it's pretty good *overall* as far as medical care and staffing. They've been thorough with running tests and being knowledgeable. Staff is mixed on being friendly though.
  
  Some people are VERY sweet and relatable, like the lady who did my bloodwork and was able to find my tiny veins. I remember we were talking about chemo - which her family and mine understand... The people running the cafe are great too. I felt like they genuinely cared about me.
  
  Others have a fresh-out-of med school attitude. It's my fault for not being used to visiting the doctor (because my late dad was a doctor), but making me feel like a bother isn't going to earn anyone brownie points... Some people are anal about making appointments, and I get it, I pissed some people off. They made me wait after the other appts. And walkins to get their point across. But working 40 hour weeks with several nonambulatory folks who pass on their colds? I'm lucky if I get to make appointments on workdays, let alone days off.
  
  TL;DR great service, but mixed staffing people skills.
