  I go there knowing the staff is rude, but Sketchers work shoes are decent if they fit right and usually on sale. Today three young female workers were huddled behind the counter complaining about working too hard and what time is best for them to go out drinking. I was completely ignored, found my shoes without word of welcome or assistance. One girl behind the counter was bickering about the inconvenience of ringing up a customer as the customer was being rung up, I waited while another girl behind the counter was texting on her phone. She made eye contact with me and she rolled her eyes with no communication whatsoever. She pulled out my shoes and threw with excessive force the inner cardboard into the trash, tossed my shoes back into the bag. I paid for it still without a word, and then as she opened up her phone and began texting again, she looked up in my direction without actually making eye contact and said, "Have a nice day." One bad employee can ruin the experience of wanting to come back, and I've encountered three horrifically rude employees within the fifteen minutes I was in there.
