  UPDATE: After a ruling from the DMV that the Lien Sale was invalid and 2 violations from the BAR of Automotive Repair John still refused to return vehicle! I have now had to bring case to the DA's Consumer Freud department, they have been great and are getting my car back while looking into pressing civil charges! John is very unreasonable and mentally unstable! This has been a big headache so please please save yourself the trouble!
