  We've been residents here for about two years and the "renter's experience" has definitely deteriorated over that time. With the old managers, Felicia and Vicky, you knew who you were talking to and who you could go to for help; their action in response to problems was immediate and sure. Since then, management's changed and the hassles have only mounted. I'm unclear on the details of the new management, but I know instead of two faces I've seen five or six in the office, making it rather unclear who to go to. On top of that, we've gone to the office several times during normal business hours only to find locked doors with a woman inside waving us away or playing blind. We have several areas in the apartment that need mending and our online requests either get lost or are not responded to; those which we take directly to the office in person leave us waiting around for a later maintenance appointment that never arrives. We're left to fix many of the issues ourselves, but the latest fiasco was an ignored leak that's now damaged, some irreparably, over $100 in cookbooks.
  
  My point being, the rent for us has increased each year, promises to again, and what we pay for seems less and less (and less and less...) worth it.
