  Although the fireplace is fine, the customer service is pretty rude. The guys who installed the fireplace insert didn't say much about how it is quite different from a regular fireplace. I had some questions they couldn't answer so I called the store. Twice. The arrogant man from warming trends acted like this was a huge imposition. I just paid $5,000 for a new fireplace insert, and he cant bother to be polite and answer a couple questions from his client. At the end of the call, he said, "oh and hey, stay in touch". You could hear his smirk.So rude. Buy elsewhere.
